I ordered a steam mop for my mother. The ordering process gave several add on options at additional costs. I paid $35 for her mop to be delivered in one week. Then I ordered a steam mop for me. I did not pay for the fast delivery on my mop. Both mops were delivered on the same day, to my address. My mother is still waiting for hers because now I have to ship it to her. (she lives in a different state)
