I bought xbox 360 1 year ago and got 3 red circles. while that was sent to xbox repair I went out and bought new one on 01/17/2009 at best buy and low and behold just 2 days past best buys return policy the month old console has 3 red lights. XBOX WILL NOT REFUND THE... More...

Why did you buy 2 Xbox's? And why do you want your money back if they are going to fix it or send you a new one? I had the same problem a few months ago, and was very pleased and surprised by the service I had. Sounds like you're up to something.
