don't buy xbox 360

I bought xbox 360 1 year ago and got 3 red circles. while that was sent to xbox repair I went out and bought new one on 01/17/2009 at best buy and low and behold just 2 days past best buys return policy the month old console has 3 red lights. XBOX WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. The only option is to keep shipping your damaged console for repairs. XBOX will tell you free of charge but you still have to pay for packaging and any other services charges. Microsoft does not stand behind their product.

Why did you buy 2 Xbox's? And why do you want your money back if they are going to fix it or send you a new one? I had the same problem a few months ago, and was very pleased and surprised by the service I had. Sounds like you're up to something.
