dont buy - Awful Customer Service

Don't buy Direct TV . We have had it 6 months and are ready to quit. Poor service and channel break up. They have their csr's give false promises and do not follow up on anything they say they are going to "fix." When this god for saken service ends we mau go back to an antenna. I am going to put a sticker on my car that warns not to buy DTV,

I have to agree with the comments. As a result of my divorce I was given 1 week to vacate my home by a judge. Senbt an explanation to Direct TV together with the Judges order and they took $600 out of my debit account without my authorization. They refused to help in anyway and had totally hopeless customer service. The Cable plan that I was on was absolutely disguisting. let's start a blog DirectTVsucks.com
