dodgy & unprofessional - Third Watch box set

I ordered the box sets of Third Watch about 3 months ago. After waiting 6 weeks for the product to be delivered I then had further dissapointment when I found that discs would not load & the majority of what I was able to watch was complete crap. With parts of episodes chopped off or the sound was out of sync with the picture or the "quality" of the picture was so bad I got headaches trying to watch it. I've already sent these clowns 2 'itemised' emails explaining the problems I had with my order & I have still HAD NO REPLY! All I want to do is send back their discs & get a refund, however they won't reply to me with a code number so I can send this crap back. They supposedly welcome customer contact if there is a problem with purchases, but they sure as hell don't respond to it. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!
