do you understand english - short or not right

we eat out 3 to 4 nights a week, seems 3 out of 4 times the order is short or wrong,they seem like they dont understand english,you see i have a spanish son in law and thats all good, but if you cant understand english you should not be in a position witch should require.if the government would crack down on these companies maybe it would be better.the manager is spanish and so is about 98% of the employees.ramseur nc store #3869

Working in Mcdonalds for 21 years Ive seen a lot of things. I Love my customers. But when I saw my store owner come in and scream and yell and turn red at a crew "kid" it turned my stomach. No People Skills. No Properly Trained and Skilled Manager. God help me get out of this store and soon!!!Amen.
