The dish was supposed to mounted on a pole, instead they put 11 large bolts in new siding. I constantly have to reboot the internet to get it to work. The weather affects the picture quality. I had for only a month and decided that the service was poor and the damage was never fixed. Was told cancellation fee was $360.00 prorated each month. I canceled and was charged $450.00 I would NOT recommend anyone to tis company for any reason. BEWARE
