We wanted this to be done before we moved in our furniture and other home goods.
We had given clear instructions(written) while placing the order, that before coming in for the measurements we need to be informed at least 2 hours in advance,
so that we can be available to let the person in for measurement( we still havnet moved in yet so no one lives in the new place).
This was blatantly ignored and the person landed at our new home without prior notice/phone call.This happened more than once.
we were put through lot of grief by being inflexible in rescheduling the measuring appointment.
Fed up, we had to cancell our order since there was no point in dealing with people
who would not work with you and had no considerations for their customer.
I have to say that I was very dissappointed the way things were handled and the unprofessioanl behaviour by such a great
company like home depot.
