I recently purchased a digital camera and on the web site there was a combo gift offer. I clicked on it and it showed up on my cart on the computer screen. When I received the product the combo items did not come with it. contacted newegg and they said "sorry, the combo deal ran out the day prior to you placing our order." My question: then why was it in my shopping cart and why was it even offered on the site if it was no longer a valid deal. Very deceptive. This was my first and LAST purchase from newegg. Still trying to get it resolved.
