I have had Hugesnet satellite broadband for 10 months. After my second day of service I discovered that I could not access a dot mil web site. This affects every federal government employee that has a Hugesnet satellite because you have to access a (dot mil) web site in order to apply for a new job or update your resume, and conduct business within the federal government. I have tried with the help of Hugesnet top level technicians to resolve the problem. It seems that after 5 months they gave up. Now I would like to cancel my contract and go to a ISP that can access these sites, but Hugesnet is not willing to forgo a $400 termination fee. This seems unfair since they are not meeting their obligation of providing me the service that I paid for.
