WHEN I BECAME A CUSTOMER OF DIRECT TV IN MAY 09 THE TOLD ME ALL OF THESE THINGS TO GET ME TO BECOME THEIR CUSTOMER SUCH AS IF A FRIEND REFERED ME WE BOTH WOULD GET A HUNDRED DOLLARS KNOCKED OFF OUR BILL AT $10 MONTH THEY DEENIED BOTH OF US THAT, THEY PROMISED ME MY BILL WOULD BE $34.99 MONTH FOR A YEAR AND THAT WASN'T SO EITHER. MY BILL HAS BEEN FULL PRICE SINCE I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE THE SAME AMOUNT EVERY MONTH FOR A YEAR BUT IT HAS BEEN A DIFFERENT AMOUNT EVERY MONTH. THEY SAID I WOULD GET REBATES AS A NEW CUSTOMER NOW ONE EXPLAINED HOW TO DO THIS AND THEN THE TIME FRAME RUN OUT ON THAT. I DON'T EVEN GET MY MONTHLY BILLS, I HAVE TO GO ON LINE TO SEE HOW MUCH I OWE. EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED IS NOT SO. IS THIS THE WAY DIRECT TV GETS CUSTOMERS? I AM FED UP WITH THEIR LIES ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. JUDY JUAN RAMIREZ
