I wrote a note to the management and told them the programing was geared to a very low moral level of people, the the amount of advertising was excessive given the fact the customer pays for the service and DTV is then charging for advertising. Why am I paying for service to be inundated with advertising. I also suggested the Board of Directors get out of the board room and loook at what is going on with marketing. The result of the signed letter was my paid service was cut, credit was issued for the remainder, my account was negatively tagged, no one called to discuss my comments. Upon calling DTV, the customer service clerk was very surley in his manners. Shame on the owners of DTV for allowing the service to fall into poor managers hands.
