I signed up for Direcpath service on May 14th. Today is July 14th, and still i have no service. Oh, they've come out and installed everything; even took my 350 bucks. No service. Every time I call to get a technician to come out, he always says that no one was home. I've even missed work a day just to make sure that i was home. This place sucks, and I'm currently trying to get my money back.
