destroyed my home - the work on my home

i have had directtv for 3 years.and i have had nothing but troubles with them.they cut my rain gutter in half.to install a dish.so now my gutters do not work.and the water has destroyed,my porch.they mounted the wires in the middle of my house siding,it just looks horrible,3 rows of wire,in plain visable sight.i called to have it fix,and got some people do even more damage to my house,i have insurance,to cover this work through them,but they did not honor it,so why should i have to pay there insurance?.

AND IF YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE, THEY WILL TRY TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT. SUE THEM. THEY DESERVE IT. THEY WILL KEEP ADDING INSURANCE CHARGES AND YOU WON'T GET ANYTHING BUT LOWSY SERVICE.
