hello there,
your store is doing good.i would ask of you two things,plz dont put a new associate at the customer service desk, specially when they r super slow.the 2nd thing will be, if you can keep the rifle / ammo desk always staffed it will be great.i could have easily gone behind the desk and gotten what ever i need of ammo, but i waited for 10 min which was fine,only when ur on ur lunch break you cant waist much time.
overall, great store and i will always shop there...
