i was at store 4448, on sunday. and was very disgusted with the way that the lady at the service desk spoke to me and the lady that was helping me, stephanie. everytime that im in there stephanie goes above and beyond to help me and make me feel appreciated. yesterday i had to wait at least 10 mins for help in furniture stephanie was in shoes and noticed me standing there asked me how i was and if i needed help. now stephanie and i went up to the service desk and evelyn told stephanie to just go back to shoes and stay there i was so upset at that. so stephanie asked her if she could page someone over to furniture and evelyn yelled at her in another language, that was rude and to make matters worse evelyn was drinking at the service counter from a mcdonaldds cup. so stephanie was saying how sorry that she was for the way i was treated i enjoy coming to this store because i'm always treated wonderfully by stephanie. i was so upset after the way evelyn treated the both of us. evelyn shouldn't be allowed to be at the service desk, i think that it should be stephanie up there.
