I called nissan about a complaint with my new car. They gave the complaint to a regional specialist. She called and left a message one morning. Over the past 2 weeks I have called numerous times and always get her voice mail. I have left 3 messages so far and I have given her phone numbers and time frames of when I can be reached at work and at home and this woman has not acknowledged my message because she continues to call me at home when I'm not there, as though she is avoiding speaking with me. I called the nissan number again and spoke with someone else to help me and the listened to my concern and took down me phone number at work and said she would call me. I'm still waiting.

I have the same problem. Here is the number I call: 866-799-1690. Ext 1646. I have called and left a message on all possible 4 digit extensions. This is a phoney operation.

Wrote a letter to Nissan Consumer Affairs regarding original tires on my 2009 Altima. I got a call back from someone who said Nissan doesn't warranty the tires. I was questioning the selection of the Continental tires as OE which hydroplane like crazy and have terrible snow traction.The response was pathetic and irrelovent to the issue. Your complaints to CCA are a waste of time.

2009 Nissan Armada LE - Needed repair 2nd month owned. Now 3rd month and less than 2,500 miles and vehicle vibrates and shakes moderate to severe when in park. Deler made one repair that did not fix it. Wanted to make another major repair. NISSAN now claims it is NORMAL vibration, as my coffee shakes out of the cup. Don't hold your breath waiting for any help from Nissan! If they had not gotten involved because of my complaint to customer DIS-service, the problem "MIGHT" have been fixed. NISSAN does not want to honor their warranty. Wonder why the car industry gets such a bad rap?????? Am making BBB complaint and have contacted several attorneys. Will see where things go from here....

WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AND HOUR MORE THAN ONCE NEVER DID GET MY PROBLEM SOLVED.

My cousin try to go to a dealer in dixson Tn. to buy a car. Being young and a women she did not no the ends and outs. She was force to buy a truck the dealer told her that is all he had and she she was stuck with the truck. She is not asking for money back she just want a fair deal. she traded her 03 nisssan car. She was told she owed alote on the car, so it money was put on the truck bring the cost of the truck to 28000 plus interest somewhere near 32000. She only had the truck for one weekend and returned it. she bought it on the 31 of last month and returned it that monday. all she wants is a fair deal can you help. think you
