Today I received a message to call Customer Care Voice Department. I treid that 3 times. and each time told that cannot. the last perso I talked with offer to transfer me to a sales resolution specialist. that office is closed. the cancellation policy is that to cancel it must be done before production. I tried and hit reoad blocks.
I do not want to be charge the original shipping if they insist on shipping an item I do not wasnt!!!!
