Does anyone know if this company really pays off on claims?

With regular warranties you often get declined when you try to get money.

I called 11-17-09 and told them I wouldn't pay to start until 12-17-09. The finance manager got on the phone and asked me no less than 5 times why I wanted to wait and not give me banking information now to hold the "deal" they were giving me. After the 3rd time of me saying I don't give my banking information until I receive the service, I started to laugh at his persistence. He didn't care about anything but getting my money. You are an idiot if you go with this fraudulent company.

I signed up with them this morning, only to find a better deal elsewhere after hearing about their less than stellar reputation. Upon trying to cancel, I was called a liar about five times from the salesman, who also accused me of not standing my ground to my wife, etc., etc. I couldn't believe the lack of etiquette and costumer service. I would highly recommend to NEVER go with this company. If that's how their sales staff operate, imagine what it's like to get a claim paid by them! Steer clear!!

They are full of shit, they advertise one thing and do another. As long as you pay them they are cool, soon as you have your mechanic call for a claim they want you to pull teeth and give the third degree to approve the claim. I spent three months paying and my transmission shot craps and they wanted the mechanic to show the whole transmission torn apart and send an inspector to agree to getting it fixed and I would have to pay the mechanic to disassemble the transmission, I am currently paying for a rent car. I have had my car on hold for two weeks and still no help. I canceled the service and found out I will not get a refund. Please do not use them they are not reputable at all.
