I have had several expensive phones from metro pcs . They were all defective. I now have another one purchased 4 months ago. That phone was also junk. They suggested I go ahead and buy another kind of phone since that particular type of phone had alot of complaints. The finally agreed to replace it with the same junk phone. Two weeks later, this phone is malfunctioning. They are refusing to replace it and suggested I purchase another type of phone. I am not a wealthy person and $200 is alot of money to spend on a phone that just does not work. This makes about the 14th phone in two years. They care nothing about customer satisfaction and obnoxiously said have a nice day on my way out the door. If this is how they do business, they shoud be shut down.

I bought a $400 dollar blackberry. Second week of owning it I had problems. So therefore I went to metro to see if I can get that problem fixed on 4 seperate occasions. All their attempts failed fixing my phone. The 5th time I went in they put in an order for a brand new blackberry and that was over 2 months ago.

THIS IS A SHITTY ASS COMPANY THEY DIDNT HELP ME ACTIVATE MY PHONE AT ALL THEY SAT THERE LIKE COMPLETE IDIOTS NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY I HAD TO CALL EIGHT TIMES TO GET SOME ONE WHO KNEW WHAT THE HELL THEY WERE DOING I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PHONE COMPANYS OUT THERE AND IT DOESNT HELP THAT THEY HAVE PEOPLE WHO DONT SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WELL
