When Ak Airlines erroneously would not accept my ID90 paid for ticket to Seattle to connect with Delta, it was midnight in Anchorage, Ak. My ride had gone home 20 miles away. I finally went over to the Delta Ticket desk and explained my dillema and said "I don't know if you can help me but this is the situation." The agent was pleasant and immediately took a look at things and rearranged my schedule so that I could fly out on Delta to Salt Lake City and on to Atlanta (my final destination.

I had a buddy pass on Delta from Seattle. Their smiles helped, too.
