WHEN I BECAME A FIRST CONVENIENCE CUSTOMER, I THOUGHT I HAD FOUND THE GREATEST BANK. MY CREDIT IS NOT THAT GOOD SO ANYONE WILLING TO HELP ME WAS A BLESSING. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT WOULD BE MY DOWNFALL. I STARTED GETTING CONFUSED WHEN MONEY STARTED MISSING FOR LITTLE OR NO REASON. AT FIRST IT WOULD BE LIKE 10.00 OR SOMETTHING SMALLER, BUT ONE TIME IT WAS 350.00. I CALLED AND INQUIRED ABOUT THE FUNDS AND I WAS TOLD THAT A COMPANY I OWED WITHDREW THE AMOUNT. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE NOONE HAD THE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO WITHDRAW ANYTHING. THIS OCCURRED A COUPLE OF MORE TIMES UNTILL I HAD TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER. I HAVE CHANGED MY NUMBER AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS AND I'M STILL GETTING THE SAME ANSWERS. BY NOW I SHOULD'VE LEARNED MY LESSON.
