i too purchased an extended warranty and wish i had not. computer went out and they farm out their repair to barrister services. good luck trying to get in touch with them, i have spent about 8 hours on the phone listening to how much they value my business, have sent it in once, a tech came out twice, and still is not working. i am so angry and to hear their bs about how they "value" my business. try and call these people. off ice depot and this company sucks.
