complete my order - destroyer model kit

Several weeks ago I orderd to model kits of war ships, I got one cruiser, and did not recieve the destryer I orderd and paid for via credit card. the destroyer model was to be sent later as a back oder within a week. three weeks have past and no order. I cannot not log in to your store, even though I was a registerd customer. You kept refusing my e mail and password. whats up.
