I ave been having issues with the TOKAY Post Office in N.C. We have been trying to work with the Post master about an issue regarding an employee taking personal actions againt our mail, and we are just being given the run around. We have submitted Official COA forms and ALL of our mail including my daughters official military Paperwork, as well as IRS Tax Refund Checks are all being Returned to Sender. All they say is we can dish out some more money to pay for a PO BOX or we can get rid of our small dachsund puppy. This is NO WAY to treat ur customers. ALL mail is to be delivered and this post-man taking these PERSONAL actions is against the law. Obviously it's being tampered with because EVERYTHING is being RTS'd instead of being sent to either the home or PO BOX. C'mon people someone has to help with this.
