I really don't know if my complaint will do any good what so ever but I am so fustrated that I have to do something. The McDonald's in Stafford Springs, Ct is theeeeee worst resturant that I have ever been to. Here is my weekend with this McDonalds; Saturday, November 1st lunchtime; the drive thru was around the bldg so we went inside hoping that would be faster. My wait in line? 30 minutes and there was maybe 20 customers in the whole place. Sunday, November 2nd, 9am 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru, my wait in line 30 minutes. We brought the food home and they messed up the order, we called and had to go back to get the things that were left out(about an 8 miles ride one way). And there were 6 workers behind the counter! It is like this all the time my daughter informed me...I just can't believe that. I can't believe that as big as McDonalds' Corp is that you would give a franchise to someone who doesn't care about customer service. Maybe what the residents of Stafford Springs should do is contact Burger King and beg them to come to town, then maybe there would be a difference.

Like I said before, I have never been to a McDonald's this bad "ever!!!!"
