I had asked her if i could use what was left on a couple of gift cards that i had for awhile so i could just use them up and she then rolled her eyes into the back of head and said (yes),and then sshe said they will be gone now I'm throwing them away.Well then my husband asked if walmatr was going away with the gidt cards she replied oh No thats not it all we'll keep these dumb card forever. She also stated that they were a pain in the butt.
Well I just smiled at her and went on about what we were doing even though i really feel that wasn't the way a cashier should act to a customer.
I'm sorry that i have to write this to you ,but something does need done about the actions that your employee's carry .
I have worked with people all my life and i know the golden rule is customer always right even thogh alot of times we know that they're not.
Thank you for help.
