I went to the walmart in elkins WV today on July 25,2008 and it was the worst trip i have had there and my husband and i go about every day of the week just to get out of the house nad we usually buy things every trip. Well today was horrible the cashier was very rude and not pleasant at all.

I had asked her if i could use what was left on a couple of gift cards that i had for awhile so i could just use them up and she then rolled her eyes into the back of head and said (yes),and then sshe said they will be gone now I'm throwing them away.Well then my husband asked if walmatr was going away with the gidt cards she replied oh No thats not it all we'll keep these dumb card forever.She also stated that they were a pain in the butt.
Well I just smiled at her and went on about what we were doing even though i really feel that wasn't the way a cashier should act to a customer.
I'm sorry that i have to write this to you ,but something does need done about the actions that your employee's carry .
I have worked with people all my life and i know the golden rule is customer always right even thogh alot of times we know that they're not.

Please take to heart what we, as customers...prefer....unless...
Walmart has changed their police.."Customers are always right"!!!

The Walmart Store in Neosho, Mo., is the worst I have ever been in since they remodeled!!! The McDonalds was perfect for everyone...especially for seniors! They have the "Dollar Menu" and it really helps! I used to go every week and spend anywhere from $100 and up as I would be buying for more than myself to help others. This store is sooo unorganized, always out of several items...like today...Sams pop, large rolls of toilet tissue, etc. I spoke with one of the managers and a girl also, and told them how so many of us miss the McDonalds and they both replied: Oh, no, we dont' want any snack bar as it makes more work for us! Well, from now on...I'll just drive to Joplin or Miami, Ok, and use the Walmart stores there as they are sooo easy to get around in and have snack bars. Most folks in this area like the MCdonalds instead of those Subways.
I hope this will help in getting McDonalds back to Neosho at Walmart!!!!!
