I went to the family dollar in dona ana today at twelve noon. The parking was terrible,there were no carts close by except one near the road. I asked the two female workers for a cart.They answered, uh there should be some out front. I said,I don't see any. The manager looked outside and shrugged. There was a cart with a few things and I asked her if I could use it. She said she was using it but reluctantly said I could use it. I felt like I was bothering her. Terrible customer service!!!
