please be advised my family and I visited the Cheesecake Factory in Fairfax Virginia to celebrate my sisters 50th Birthday Party.Ny family always choose the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate special occasions.
Unfortunately, on August 2009, I made reservations for 10 people.
it has been a tradition for the birthday person to receive a little celebration.staff sings happy birthday and give a complementary sundae with a candle. Well our waiter said no. He implied all staff was busy and would not be able to accomindate such a request.
Sir, please be advised within 10 min. the table next to us with a party of four were celebrating a birhtday. The staff of seven sanged happy birthday and presented the birthday boy with a huge birthday sundae. I was furious. I amoung others in my party addressed this
issue. My sister,the birthday girl felt slided,upset and unhappy.
The manager apologized at the cash register, but we were on our way out the door.
Note we requested several times for the manager but the waiter to state the manager was busy.

I feel that the service we received was extremly in poor taste. Unfortunately, my sister left
upset on a special day ,50th Birthday celebration. She was visiting from New Jersey and this outing was a surprise birthday celebration.
Sir , my sister has a life threatening illness and may not see age 51.

This is why I am extremely upset
There was many other restaurants we could have chosen but I set the reservation and made sure everyone was there. I appreciate if someone would address this complaint as soon as possible...
