I wanted to let Sears know that I have sent letters to the Attorney General, The Better Business Bureau, and to Howard Ain the trouble shooter, to let them know about the way I was treated at your store in Chillicothe , Ohio today. Since I can't successfully get an address to write a letter I am left to use the inyrtnet.
