company a scam - "Lost" Box set series

ordered complete 4 seasons of Lost in January.. got sent email stating I would have shipping confirmation, a couple of weeks later got email stating they were out of business and I would get a refund.... so far no refund, no DVD's, no replies to emails, phone numbers bogus and the card handlers say have to deal with them
I can see by the reviews I am not the only one scammed out of their money.
