cold food & bad additude - selling old food

My HUsband & I walked into McD's and ordered 2 meals and a salad. we noticed it was taking a long time to get our food and realized there was a mix up at the drive window that took the entire staff to fix. we noticed that one of the employees brough back the bag that had been handed to the vehicle at the window and started putting all the food back under the lights. another employee picked those fries up and put in our bag, They were cold not to mention half were gone. I complained and they showed additude. They gave us a salad that was horrid looking and then informed us they had no dressing of any kind. I paid for two big mac meals and one salad and only got 1 big mac and the quality of the rest was bad. we chose not to eat the food for fear somthing had been done to it becasue of our constant comlaining of everything we ordered. We were so frustated that we left. our visit lasted close to 30 minutes. unbelievable!!!!
