I always go to firestone for oil changebecause after I open up an account with them they gave several free oil change coupon.but recently I decided to go back to toyota and they found some transmission fluid in the cooling system.that ixture causes the hoses and cooling system broke down as well as my radiator.I was charge 2000 for all the changes .I wrote a letter to firestone explaining to them what happened and that toyota can testify and even gave us the old parts incase.but the person in clain department deny our claim and instead pointing the finger to toyota saying that its all manufacturers failure.I just bought my car in 2006 and its not even 3years.with a very low mileage of 17000
