cheap is exactly what the quality is!!! - gocart/atv

i purchased a gokart and a atv from this company. 1 day later the atv would not start up again. The gokart while riding it, the left front steering frame just snapped. Called the company got a run around had a warranty but no one will call me back when asked to speak to a manager, I am told there might be one tomorrow but they do not know for sure. What kind of company is this, if u want future business u take care of your customers and there complaints. Apparently there are alot of people who are getting burned from this company.
