charged overdraft fee 9 times in 1 day! - customer service

I was charged a overdraft fee of $35 nine times in one day! ($315 total) I understand that it is my responsible to balance my account, but I didn't realize that I was in the negative. I was in the negative by a total of $93, but I'm being charged $315 in overdraft charges!

The reason I'm writing this is because I want to know how to talk to their "customer care department" or someone who can help me resolve this.

Bank of America's overdraft fees is a total scam. First of all, they imput thir transactions from the highest dollar amount to the lowest, in an effort to increase the probability of an account holder to enter into an overdraft status. Once an account holder enters an overdraft status, instead of immediately adding the amount back that caused the overdraft, they allow the amount to remain in order to cause additional overdrafts. I don't know why the government doesn't step in and keep these banks from commiting such fraud.

Bank of America does not pay items as presented. They "pick and choose" the payment of item in order to incur the largest amount of overdraft fees. They turn a deaf ear when you protest this practice. Bank of America shouldn't be entitled to any stimulus money. They already have their own bailout...it called overdraft fees! "We the People" need to take back our power and stop being victims. Inundate the White House with letters and emails demanding that the president do something about B of A. What they do to the American people is true terrorism!

Usually the banks will greatly reduce the overdraft amount when you talk to them, just call them and be nice and explain your situation and I bet they will work with you, it worked for me!
