charged for chicken sauce - mcchicken sandwich

I took my children to mcdonalds as i do every week. My daughter likes to have her mcchicken plain and put the mayo on herself. I was told that i had to pay for the mayo to put on the chicken. If you order a chicken burger you do not have to pay for the mayo that comes on it, so i dont see how i have to pay to have it on the side. Anyways I completely lost it and freaked out in the restaurant over a packet of mayo sauce. I will never return to mcdonalds again. They are money grabbers for sure. They would rather turn away a 20 dollar order because of a 10 cent packet of mayo sauce. That is crazy!! I would rather take my business to burger king, where they value their customers!!

Thats the only way they can put it through the register. Sometimes they can do it like you wanted, but sometimes it is not possible

you cannot put chicken sauce in a clam because it's a health and safty issue (dont know why though), not even crew can do it for other crew. As for the charge, the money is for the proper container and lid to serve it in. It's not mcdonalds fault here, but i guess i have a bias

Ha, well I don't know about Burger King VALUING it's customers so much. We've had some pretty rocky experiences with them recently. They gave us change and one of the bills (a $5 bill) was literally cut in half. When I went up to tell them and ask for another one they said I was basically lying and wouldn't even CHECK to see if the other half was in fact still in their drawer.

The last time I visit Burger King.
