i found alive caterpillar in hot & spicy sandwich. when I called the manager....all he said ,,,sorry about that..no more mcdonalds..they are selling caterpillr along with their food.....we became sick

It's McDonald's. Their employees are mostly teenagers, high school dropouts, and unskilled people who can't get a job anywhere else. Most of the people they employ are just not responsible people. They can't be expected to always get orders right and on time, or to always maintain sanitary and satisfactory conditions. Fast and cheap comes at a cost of quality and good service. In your case, it may have been someone with a sick sense of humor working with your food.
