cant get an order right - all the above and more...

My son and I stopped at McDonald in Albion NY on september 22, 2008 at 9 PM he ordered a big mac and I ordered dbl qtr pounder. after waiting 15 mins my order was fine but when he opened his big mac all the lettuce and onions were on top of the bun and not inside then discovered it was missing a piece of meat. He returned that one and after another 15 mins they gave him a new one with no special sauce! what kind of morons do you have working there?

It's McDonald's. Their employees are mostly teenagers, high school dropouts, and unskilled people who can't get a job anywhere else. Most of the people they employ are just not responsible people. They can't be expected to always get orders right and on time, or to always maintain sanitary and satisfactory conditions. Fast and cheap comes at a cost of quality and good service.
