cancel scheduled repair

I had a scheduled repair for 1pm-5pm today that you canceled because you called me at 10am and no one answered the phone. I took the day of from work ,that cost me money. Your company will not be getting anymore my money in the future, the way you treat your customers you'll be out of business some anyway.

I am new to this site, but I must say that I'm impressed by seeing a response from Sears. I am a longtime Sears customer and happy to see that Sears is striving to provide good customer service.
