this company has a need for way more service techs i've complained for a month about lots of channels (14!!!) being outand the tech guy they call mr. tim is always sent to raleigh,n.c. instead of little old greensboro!! and even there regular service guy is stumped as to why they won't send mr. tim here to fix it!!!!and i'm not talking about just my apt. but it's the whole complex!! so i guess hicks holdings doesn't know or care for there customers satisfaction!!!??? and called their customer care center so many times that i lost track of all the confirmation and referance #'s there written all over the apt.!! any way please hicks holdings or someone at directpath do something good for a mere customer who likes your other services but is totally fed up with the run around!!1
