birthday party - poor management

we were at the muskego wis mcdonald's**the birtday party was at least 20 minutes late**the girl who was suposed to be helping was no were to be found**everytime we needed something we had to go looking for her**she was busy flirting with another employee**a girl named emily was very helpful**the manager was extremely rude to us**he tried very hard to turn this around**the play place was dirty & the tables were dirty & sticky**also the bathrooms were none to clean**i'm sure the owner would like to know of this problem **by the time they served the ice cream it was all melted**then they had the guts to say we were over our time limit**you can be sure that we will never recommend this mcdonald's to any of our friends**thank you kathy gerth

We have a Mcdonalds in Dumfries, Scotland which never has any milk shakes, every time we called..Fed up with the service..
