i changed from dishnetwork to direct because they had my local channels,
what locals i say????? every time a small cloud comes by i cant get a signal
after talking with direct they said that they would send a tech. out for $75.00.
i told them that they had been out once and said everything was ok.
i am now going to pay the price for canceling my service, but why pay for somthing you cant get.

I am so glad i talked to my daughter before i switch from cable..she told me to come to this site and i am so gratful i did! and i want to "thank you all" for your honest about these companies is just a shame how they can get away with this...guess i'll upgrade my cable services now!
