company still havent produced flight tickets as promised.
differant employees tell me differant stories as to why my tickets havent arrived. level of confidence in this company is zero

Very unsatisfactory experience - empty promises of calls and email confirmations of agreed flight schedules, then excuses about incorrect email addresses being given and no way of contacting you to make minor changes to flight times. Then all of the above repeated once you've agreed to new flight schedule.
