be careful - TWICE received DEFECTIVE product - Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset

N1 Wireless did have the best price I could find.

HOWEVER, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!
I bought a Motorola H700 bluethooth.

*** Product arrived dead-on-arrival (ie did not work)
-------- I called to confirm they don't sell refurbished parts, they say they don't. I PAID FOR SHIPPING to get a replacement part.

**** REPLACEMENT PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. Now they tell me deal with the manufacturer and PAY MORE shipping.

I'm a techie, so i know how to use a bluetooth.

BE CAREFUL of the N1-Wireless.

There is only 1 manager, which they say is the owner "Steve" and he will never get on the phone. You won’t get past "customer service"
