I purchased four new tires and a warranty for my SUV from these guys.
When the SUV had to be realigned repeatedly, I was told the tire was defective. Took it back to Firestone and what-do-you-know...."How do we know it's not the car instead of the tire? It's only one of the four tires and under the recommended miles before change....SCAM ARTISTS. The second you roll off their lot, they have no intention of replacing your tires....unless of course, you're going to pay them, again. DON'T BUY FROM FIRESTONE. Walk the extra mile if you have to.
