I wrote 3 letters & sent 2 e-mails plus I tried to contact Tom Ryan CVS-Caremark to complain about rude treatment by your employees whenever I informed them that they were ignorant of your corp. policies. I had to research the internet to find inf. put out by you in regard to presc. policy.
Unfortunately your employees from mang. on down do not know your own policies.Pls.forward this to Tom Ryan and contact me. Ray Maguire
