bad service - neptune washer

I bought a neptune washer and dryer several years ago from Conn's on IH35.
I have had nothing but trouble with the washer and would not recommend it to anyone. About 2 months ago I called because my washer was not working. They said 2 weeks---they never showed up or called. About 2 weeks later some repairman calls and asks if the washer was still running. I wasn't here but my daughter-in-law said yes. She didn'tknow that I was having trouble with it. I decided to use the washer until it stopped completely. Then I called repair--they said 2 weeks. This time they showed up but said it needed a certain part, that he was going to get it and come back. I waited 2 days and called repair, They said they had the part but I had to wait a week for service to get here.They get here and messed with the washer for about an hour. Then the repairman tells me that it"s working now but doesn't like the way it sounds. He says he hasn't had much exprerience with these washers, that if I have anymore trouble with it to call him. well, as soon as he left i tried the washer----it didn't work!!!!! I called right away to service and they said they would call the "technician" to find out what happened. After about 20 minutes on hold they said the technician was going to call the company manufacturer to find out what the problem was. I have not heard from them. I called Dan at Conn's on Ih35 to complain and he hung up on me. I called Carla at the service desk and she said I would just have to wait. I called Valarie in Beaumont's complaint number and explained the problem--she put me on hold then transferred me to Conn's number. round and round and run around.
