bad service - drive thru

this is a review of hardee's at 417 exit off 1-40 in dandridge, tn. we go there every morning mon-fri on the way to work. we know the inside is closed but the sign says the drive thru is open 24 hours. if this had been the first time I wouldn't even bother to report but this has happened so many times it isn't funny. we don't like mcdonal's breakfast so on the times we could get no service thru the drive thru we had to wait until we got to knoxville & go hardee's there. this was probably the 5th or 6th time we could get no service & every time we went on to the pick up window hoping to get someone's attention. we were unsuccessful every time & most of the time we could wee people inside yakking but no one would even look our way. things like this makes u not even want to try & just go somewhere else to save time. I'm not sure u can do anything for us but a coupon or two wouldn't hurt. thank u for your time.
