bad service - garage door installation

This company specializes in installing doors, mainly garages, etc. It has friendly quoting staff and seems technically competent at basic installation. But beware its attitude to customer service: it switched installation dates with us at the last minute without seeming to care about the inconvenience this caused. It was quick to demand payment but not interested in whether we liked the work or not. It did not care much about quality, either, and was quick to quote the detail of a contract rather than fix problems it created. And don't expect much in the way of communication. And you need to watch the installation process closely. So if you get to choose who installs your doors and have two options, choose the other guy.
