bad service - the incredible hulk complete series dvds

I ordered the incredible hulk complete series dvds from this company and it was poor in quality. Not only were some of the episodes not recorded but they also left commercials on the dvds. Never will I ever order anything else from this company. Also they have some phoney sign on their website stating that they are testing functuality. I believe that they got so many complaints that they shut down their website as a means to refuse refunds. But I'm sorry, I will get my money.
